Blis partnered with WBR Insights and Future Stores to conduct market research which surveyed 100 retail professionals, including Wegmans Food Markets, Office Depot, Anthropologie, and Lowe’s, engaging in digital-to-physical marketing strategies.

The study found that for many retailers, location- based mobile marketing is compelling the customer to visit their stores and buy, especially when they receive contextual offers at the right time and when they are near a store location.  Additionally, retailers report a lift in store foot traffic from customers exposed to location based marketing strategies.
